Flourless Chocolate Cake
This cake is rich, moreish and so quick to make!
Perfect for those days when you have neither the time nor the inclination to spend hours slaving away in the kitchen. It’s delicious with fresh berries, and perfect for any and every occasion!

Ingredients
110g 70% chocolate
110g unsalted butter
100g brown sugar
3 large eggs
100g unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
Preheat your oven to 190C
Butter your mold in preparation
Chop the chocolate into small pieces into a saucepan. Add the butter and melt on a low heat
Once smooth, take off the heat
Whisk in the sugar followed by the eggs
Sift in the cocoa powder and mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined
Pour into the mold and bake for 20-25 minutes
Let it cool for 5 minutes before putting it onto the serving plate
You can decorate it with extra cacao powder and berries
Tip
Don’t use too big of a baking tin: the thinner it is, the quicker it will be cook, and you risk it being dry.
