Roasted Feta
Say cheese!
Today, we'd like to share with you one of our all-time favorites and super easy recipe, which you'll love to serve at your next aperitivo, or just to complement a quick salad and a glass of wine, on a lazy night in with your partner!
Ingredients (serves 2 as a side dish or 4 for aperitivo)
150-200g feta cheese
6-7 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
the juice of half a lemon
15 to 20 olives, mixed (we like to use Greek olives such as Kalamata's and Amfissa's)
a few fresh rosemary sprigs
black pepper to taste, coarsely ground
fresh bread
Method
Preheat the oven at 190C
Place the feta cheese in a small to medium oven dish
Add the olives around the cheese
Sprinkle everything with the rosemary sprigs
Pour the olive oil and the lemon juice all over the dish and grind some black pepper to taste
Place in the oven for 30 min and serve hot, with fresh bread
