Ginger is a must-have in your kitchen, be it dried or fresh.
It is one of the healthiest and most versatile spices in the world. It has a host of benefits, not least the fact that it has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which we are all in need of at the moment!
It is also the fastest way to alleviate nausea, particularly in pregnancy, and if that wasn’t enough, it helps to lower blood sugars and cholesterol.
