Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Simple ingredients, great result!
A great side dish to serve this month is our classic balsamic glazed carrots. For dinner or Sunday roast, your carrots will finally be the tsra of the show with its succulent glaze, made of a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients (serves 4)
12 carrots
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Rosemary spring
2 tsp of garlic powder
coarse sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the oven at 200°c
Peel and trim the carrots. Cut in eighths and arrange on a baking sheet
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic, honey, garlic, salt and pepper
Drizzle the combined ingredients over the carrotsand mix so that the carrots are evenly coated
Cook for 45min, mixing the carrots every 15min
