Bresaola and Arugala Salad

This is great alongside other salads for those warmer spring and summer days, or even on its’ own. Quantities will vary depending on whether your serve alone or alongside other dishes.
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
100 g bresaola, finely sliced
100 g arugula
1 handful of parmesan flakes
olive oil
Method
Spread the bresaola evenly on your serving dish
Cover with the arugula
Sprinkle the parmesan flakes
Season with olive oil
