Energizing Green Juice
A green juice is our go-to post workout fuel.
Having a green juice is such a good way to get in all your greens for the day, and also to get a solid boost of vitamins and minerals. For the parents out there, this is a nicely sneaky way of getting your little one to gulp down the greens that they might otherwise turn their noses up at!
Ingredients (for 1)
1 romaine salad
1 green apple
1 lemon
3 cm chunk of fresh ginger (use more or less depending on your preference
4 handfuls of fresh spinach
4 handfuls of kale
Method
Blend all together in a juicer and drink immediately!
