Roasted Asparagus
Asparagus season is upon us, and we can’t get enough of it!
This is one of our favorite side dishes, and requires minimal effort for an incredibly delicious result. Enjoy!
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
500 g asparagus
juice of 1 lemon
a decent pinch of a coarse salt, like Guérande salt
olive oil
Method
Preheat your oven to 180C
Meanwhile, place the asparagus on a baking tray and squeeze the lemon juice over the stalks
Then pour some olive oil over, and season with the salt
Roll the asparagus around the get them all coated in the seasoning
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like them to be
