Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower

This works really well as a side dish, or as part of salad the next day if you have any leftovers!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g cauliflower, sliced or in florets based on your personal preference

  • olive oil

  • heavy pinch of coarse sea salt, like Guérande salt

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 210C

  • In a bowl place the cauliflower and coat with the olive oil

  • season with the salt and paprika, and mix well to ensure that the cauliflower is evenly coated

  • Spread on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the cauliflower over once
