Roasted Cauliflower
This works really well as a side dish, or as part of salad the next day if you have any leftovers!
Ingredients (serves 4)
500g cauliflower, sliced or in florets based on your personal preference
olive oil
heavy pinch of coarse sea salt, like Guérande salt
2 teaspoons paprika
Method
Preheat your oven to 210C
In a bowl place the cauliflower and coat with the olive oil
season with the salt and paprika, and mix well to ensure that the cauliflower is evenly coated
Spread on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the cauliflower over once
