Here are our five tips to help maintain a healthy spine and back, when you need to spend most of your day sitting at a desk.
Keep your feet flat or place them on a footrest, to keep your hips neutral.
Avoid crossing your legs or ankles, and keep the blood flowing.
Keep your forearms resting on your desk, and parallel to the floor. This will avoid your shoulders bunching up and creating tension around your neck.
Sit up straight and elongate your neck.
Rest your buttocks in the back of the chair.
