With the new year, we all have plans and good intentions to do things differently!
This year, however, you can count on us to make things a little bit easier for you! We have created two downloadable tools to help you stay on track with your goals, be they professional, personal, or nutritional.
The first planner we have for you is the Weekly Meal Planner. Planning ahead, will help you to avoid slipping into quick, and possibly unhealthy, options. If you are able to shop ahead of time and have all the ingredients you need within reach, you will be more likely to stick to your plan. This is a great opportunity to start batch cooking, freezing any extras you make for the following weeks. This is also great for budgeting when it comes to food expenses.

The second planner we have for you is your Weekly Schedule Planner. As we’ve mentioned before, working from home can result in the line between your work time and free time becoming blurred. Use this planner to firstly input all your non-negotiables (appointments, workouts etc), and fill in everything else around it. Again, if it is set in stone, and in front of your eyes, you are more likely to stick to it. Having a set schedule has been shown to increase focus and productivity, so give it a go, and see how much changes for you!
