Golden Latte
A golden latte, or golden milk, is packed with antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties. This delicious drink will keep you feeling warm and healthy all winter long!
Ingredients (serves 2)
400ml coconut milk (or an alternative milk of your choice)
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp honey or agave
a few drops of vanilla extract
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and whisk over a medium heat until hot.
Serve and add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
