Fizzy Fall Kick
Apple cider is just like “drinking” Fall.
That’s why we thought it was a must to use it as an ingredient for some tasty Fall-themed cocktail recipes.
Today’s special: Fizzy Fall Kick. A different, yet super simple mix to serve to your guests before dinner or even for brunch!
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 bottle of champagne
250 ml organic apple cider
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Method
In a medium-sized bowl (wider than your serving flutes), combine sugar and cinnamon
Pour a little bit of water in another bowl of the same size, or bigger
Dip the champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon and sugar mixture
Fill the champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider and top off with champagne
