Amaretto Cranberrtini

Happy hour time?

Sip on an amaretto cranberrtini by the chimney on a cool evening or watching sunset by the pool… and tell us how much you like it!

Ingredients (serves 2)
⁃ 4 shots of vodka
⁃ 1 - 1 1/2 shot of amaretto (to taste)
⁃ 5 shots de cranberry juice
⁃ Half of a lemon juice
⁃ Very bubbly sparkling water to top up (you’ll see, the more bubbles the better!)


Method
⁃ Mix the vodka, amaretto, cranberry and lemon juice in a shaker with ice
⁃ Shake and pour into the glasses, preferably chilled
⁃ Top up with sparkling water and serve
⁃ Add an additional ice cube (optional)
