Japanese-Inspired Dressing

Ingredients (serves 1)
4 tbsp plain organic yogurt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp organic miso paste
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped finely
Method
Combine all ingredients in a small to medium bowl and mix well, until you get a blended smooth texture
Serve with meat dishes, salad or even just with a side of broccoli!
