You’ve asked we’ve listened! We’re happy to share with you today a taste of Japan to spice up your plate! 

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 4 tbsp plain organic yogurt

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp organic miso paste

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp spring onion greens, chopped finely

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a small to medium bowl and mix well, until you get a blended smooth texture

  • Serve with meat dishes, salad or even just with a side of broccoli!
