Summer Mint Lemonade
As the days heat up, what better than a perfectly chilled mint lemonade to cool you down?!
Double or quadruple the quantities to keep you refreshed and hydrated all week long!
Ingredients
170g honey
480 ml still water
1L sparkling water
juice of 8 lemons
handful of mint leaves
Method
Combine the honey and still water, and heat over medium heat, until the honey has dissolved
Once it’s done, leave it to cool down on the side
In a pitcher combine the lemon juice and sparkling water
Add the syrup slowly, until you have the right amount of sweetness
Chill in the fridge, add ice, then add the mint leaves before serving
