Italian Watermelon Salad
Salty and sweet come together in this fresh yet filling salad bowl.
Bringing together Italian flavors and the summer freshness of watermelon, this is the ideal way to travel and daydream away a lunch break.
Ingredients (for 1):
100g watermelon
a handful or two on mixed fresh greens
75g mini mozzarella balls
a sheet or two of torn prosciutto
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Method:
Spread the mixed greens in your serving bowl
Mix together the watermelon, mozzarella and prosciutto, and serve over the mixed salad greens
Season with salt and pepper, then pour some olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar
