Negroni
Back to the classics!

A cocktail said to have first been mixed in Caffè Casoni, in Florence, at the request of the Corsican Count de Negroni who wanted to make his favorite cocktail (then, called the Americano) stronger, by switching the usual soda water for gin.
Ingredients (serves 2)
60ml campari
60ml gin
60ml red vermouth
2 orange peels (one per glass)
6-8 ice cubes, so it fills 3/4 of the glass
Method
Place the ice cubes in both glasses
Pour the campari, gin and vermouth evenly in the two glasses
Finally, garnish with the orange peels and enjoy!
